Program Practices

Our meals are prepared in our kitchen that have been pre-approved by the Laredo Health Department. We also incorporate into our food menu the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Subchapter Q Nutrition and Food Services Standards. Not to mention a healthy snack as recommended by the Texas Department of Agriculture is available for all our school aged children.
